Can I sell properties from outside the US in California without a real estate license?

I am planning to sell real estate from other countries in Asia to customers in california. Do I need to have a california real estate license?
Also, can i open a office in california and hire sales people here who do not have real estate licenses.
If not real estate license. Do you need any other sort of license? or anything else? if you answer, please let me know your qualification - are you an agent or lawyer.. So I know.. thanks.

    no u dont because ur not selling property in the states. but u should know the laws of asia though. otherwise you could be held responsible if anything goes wrong.

    Your representing properties in Asia and looking for buyers in California?

    I would think this is more of a licensing question for an Asian goverment. I would recommend checking with the California Department of Real Estate. to be sure how California looks at it.
