    my husband use to buy condemened houses before deploying. i think the county sold em to him for like. $1.00 Start there at the courthouse. and ask. Good luck.

    You have to get the owner to sign a contract and then sign a deed. An escrow company will help you find the owner for free.
    Once it is condemned and ownership goes to the city, you can buy it from them. Start negotiating with them today. They want you to fix it up.
